Cheryl and Graham are keen ‘foodies’ and prepare all of our retreat menus with fresh locally sourced ingredients. Our menus are inspired by chefs like Yotam Ottolenghi, Ixta Belfrage, and other vegetarian and vegan chefs to bring you an array of tastes from around the world.
About your speakers
Integrative MD, Dr. Naomi Dongelmans – I guide people struggling with digestive problems toward lasting relief by helping them nurture a healthy gut microbiome through tailored lifestyle adjustments.
