About your hosts

Cheryl and Graham are keen ‘foodies’ who prepare retreat menus using fresh locally sourced ingredients where possible. Inspired by chefs like Yotam Ottolenghi, Sami Tamimi, and Ixta Belfrag, their vegetarian and vegan creations bring a world of flavour and colour to your plate.

Arrive at 10:45 for a warm welcome with coffee and tea.

We had a super fun day on this Ottolenghi inspired workshop. It was a chance to learn some new cooking skills and try new Mediterranean-inspired recipes. We enjoyed meeting other like-minded cooks and sharing a lunch together. I’d highly recommend Cheryl and Graham’s Figs on the Funcho enterprise.

My sister and I had a wonderful time! We love the recipes and the very kind and patient chef and his two family assistants. The food was delicious. And, the beautiful premises completed the whole picture. We can definitely recommend this cooking class 👍🏼😋👌🏼
