Graham and Cheryl prepare a variety of vegetarian meals with some fish options. The dishes serve vary depending on the group’s dietary requirements. Below are some of the meals that have been prepared for past retreats.

Bright Breakfasts:

Energising, Nourishing Meals:

  • Sweet potato, tomato and red lentils
  • Spiral courgette noodles with Algarve sun ripened tomatoes and Mediterranean herb sauce served with homemade gluten free olive, ricotta and parmesan cheese bread
  • Vegan curries: Thai green curry as well as an aubergine, lemongrass with nutritional sprouted mung bean curry
  • Japanese flavoured “risotto” experience that is vegan-friendly and very different to your usual risotto recipe as the rice is replaced with raw, marinated mushrooms
  • Moroccan Vegetarian Stew with chickpeas, green lentils and carrots
  • BBQ Jackfruit dish (vegetarian version of pulled pork)
  • Roasted butternut salad with an apple and mustard dressing
  • Baked miso eggplants
  • Healthy, colourful, nutritional salads using grains, herbs and fresh vegetables served with various salad dressings and a fresh mint and pea sauce.
