Graham and Cheryl focus on preparing a healthy eating retreat menu by preparing a variety of vegetarian meals with some fish options. The dishes served vary depending on the group’s dietary requirements. Below are some of the meals that have been prepared for past retreats.

  • Vegan curries: Thai green curry as well as an aubergine, lemongrass with nutritional sprouted mung bean curry
  • Japanese flavoured “risotto” experience that is vegan-friendly and very different to your usual risotto recipe as the rice is replaced with raw, marinated mushrooms
